This program incorporates classic Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction training – sitting meditation, walking meditation, eating meditation, gentle yoga and Qigong movements. Drop in for one class, or attend one or both sessions each month. Either way, you’ll be provided with recorded guided meditations to use at home as a way of bringing mindfulness into your daily work and family life.
John Shealy and Jordan Dye are a married couple with over 45 years of experience practicing and teaching mindfulness meditation. John is a licensed psychologist, Jordan a certified social worker.
