Water is sacred in most world religions. Explore how world religions integrate water into their rituals and spiritual practices. Then, using water as a metaphor for living, experience how you can flow through chaos and move into a place of peace-filled calm by holding life as you would hold water in the palm of your hand.

Join us for this two-hour presentation and hands-on workshop led by Vanessa Hurst. Have you ever held water in the palm of your hand? Whatever way we contort our hand, eventually the water drips out. Our reactions and responses to life are much like holding water. When we react to crazy making situations, we struggle against inevitable loss. The water more rapidly seeps from our palm. When we relax into the flow of our life’s stream, we discover ways to take life as it is with all the possibilities. In those last remaining drops pooling in our palm, we find a new way. And, this new way can quench our thirst in ways that stagnant water cannot.
